We are now inviting applications for six apprenticeship positions under the Logistics Associate Apprenticeship (LAA) available across our three sites in Dublin, Cork and Shannon. The roles and their locations are as follows:
Dublin Office (Unit D2, Airport Business Park, Swords, County Dublin)
- Air Export/Import Apprentice
- Ocean Export/Import Apprentice
- Customs Brokerage Apprentice
Shannon Office (C1 Smithstown Business Park, Shannon, Co. Clare)
- Customs Brokerage Apprentice
- Transcon Apprentice
Cork Office (Westgate Business Park, Cork, T12 RP73)
- Air Import/Export / Transcon Apprentice

Entry Requirements (LAA Programme)
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Leaving Certificate: H7/O6 or above in five subjects, including O6 in English and O6 (or B2 Foundation Level) in Maths.
- QQI Level 5 or 6 in a related area (business, logistics, supply chain, etc.).
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may also apply.
Skills
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
- Good computer literacy (Excel, Word).
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities—clear, concise, and professional.
Behaviours
Positive, helpful attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
Other Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Must reside in Ireland and be available for an in‑person interview.
- Must hold a valid visa permitting full‑time employment in Ireland (Visa sponsorship is not available.)

Job‑Specific Expectations:
- Timely & Accurate Shipment Processing: Follow operational procedures and customer SOPs; meet KPIs.
- Timely & Accurate Data Entry: Maintain data integrity and resolve exceptions quickly.
- Timely & Accurate Billing: Invoice correctly, follow credit processes, and ensure proper cost provisioning.
