‘I was attracted to the programme because I am interested in logistics and my goal is to become an expert in freight forwarding one day. I’ve joined the Logistics Associate Apprenticeship programme to gain a relevant industry qualification, which will compliment my on the job work experience and support pursue my career in logistics.
The LAA programme is very manageable, I work from Monday to Friday and attend college on Tuesdays.
The best thing about the LAA programme is that I get to work alongside the industry experts, who have been very supportive and helpful throughout my apprenticeship journey.
I’m responsible for imports and exports in both Air and Sea Freight and I’m gaining vast work experience in these aspects of freight forwarding.
I would 100% recommend the LAA programme to other candidates as you earn while you learn, gain work experience and experience the college life at the same time.
