We’re looking for someone to join our fast-paced team in Cork. We are a customer-centric business, so an attitude to provide solutions for clients is a must, along with good attention to detail.
You’ll be working in the customer service department, looking after both imports and exports, dealing with clients, hauliers, other shipping lines and the local Port Authorities. It’s a very busy role, you’ll need to love working to tight deadlines, communicate well with others and have excellent computer skills, which preferably include a good working knowledge of excel.
This is a two year apprenticeship programme, where you’ll be on block release to Cork Institute of Technology one day a week during term time. Completion of the programme will lead to a Level 6 NFQ award
Minimum Educational Requirements:
H6/O5 in 6 subjects at Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) level, two of which must be English and Maths. You’ll also be required to complete our on-line testing programme.
